Annual General Meeting (Convent Glen – Orléans Wood CA) – November 10, 2026

Each year, the Board of Directors of the Community Association hold an Annual General Meeting we encourage all our members to attend, to discuss ongoing community association matters.

Our AGM this year will be held on November 10, 2026 at 7 PM in Hall C at the Bob MacQuarrie Recreation Complex. We’d love to hear if you plan to attend in person via email at [email protected], but this is not mandatory.

Members of the community and other stakeholders are encouraged to attend, and members of the Community Association (register as a member at cgow.ca/join if you haven’t already) can vote on any matters that come up during the meeting.
