This bird walk features a by a talk by Bird Friendly Ottawa followed by a guided birding tour.
Join the Environment Committee and Bird Friendly Ottawa for a morning discussion and a guided bird identifying walk on Petrie Island! Space is limited and only open to those who have registered. Please bring reusable water bottles and binoculars.
This is Walk #2 of 3 planned for May 31st: Bird Walk with Bird Friendly Ottawa.
9:45 AM – Meet back at the Friends of Petrie Island tent for a talk/information session on Bird Friendly Ottawa and issues facing our bird populations.
10:30 AM – The walk will depart from the Friends of Petrie Island tent and be approximately 45 minutes.
