
Join the Environment Committee and Bird Friendly Ottawa for a morning discussion and a guided bird identifying walk on Petrie Island!
Arrive on Saturday May 31st at 9:00 am, space is limited and only open to those who have registered.
Registration is required. Please bring a reusable water bottle and binoculars.

Walk #1 – Starting at 9 AM; approximately 45 minutes (15 people max) |
9:45 AM – All participants (Walks #1, 2, and 3) to meet at the Friends of Petrie Island tent for a talk/information session on Bird Friendly Ottawa and issues facing our bird populations. |
Walk #2 – Leaving immediately after the talk (15 people max) |
Walk #3 – Begins when walk #2 returns (15 people max) |
(only sign up for walk #3 if walk #2 is full) |
Those registered for walk #1, please arrive for 9:00 am at the Friends of Petrie Island tent. For all other registrants, please arrive for 9:45 AM. There is paid parking at Petrie Island.
