The CGOW.ca/fe will be running through the summer between 9:30 and noon, beginning at Voyageur Park. Yoga in the Park takes place every Wednesday at 7 PM during July and August, at Décarie Park. It is free, no registration required, and everyone is welcome. When the weather is questionable, I usually call it around 5 o’clock the same day.
