Cycling Without Age: seeking strong-legged warm-hearted volunteers! Cycling without Age is an innovative program designed to enhance the lives of seniors by providing them with a great opportunity to remain connected to society and active in our community. Cycling without age is the obvious generous act of taking one or two elderly people out on a bike ride. It's a simple act that everyone can do. Bruyère's Saint-Louis Residence is looking for volunteers to take senior citizens for bicycle rides as part of the program. If you have strong legs and a generous heart, please contact Mariama Diallo at 613-562-6262, ext. 2517.
